Since 1987, lecturer and seminar leader mainly in the fields of (mainly commercial) landlord and tenant law, private building and architect law as well as property development and condominium law, among others at the Administrative and Business Academies (VWA) in Karlsruhe, Stuttgart and – until 1995 – in Dresden, Leipzig and Chemnitz and other organisers with about 25 seminars per year.

Since 1994 – 2003 lecturer for legal advice and contract drafting (primarily: law of general terms and conditions, loan law, law of financial assistance and instalment delivery contracts, law of door-to-door cancellation and product liability law) for legal trainees at the Regional Court of Karlsruhe; no longer required due to a change in legal training.

Since 1996, several specialist lectures each year (e.g. at the German Tenancy Court Conference, the Karlsruhe Tenancy Law Conference and for the Karlsruhe Bar Association)

Since 1998 co-editor of NEUE ZEITSCHRIFT FÜR MIET- UND WOHNUNGSRECHT (NZM), rent, condominium ownership, leases, estate agent and property developer law, taxes, housing management, insurance, real estate leasing, time-sharing of the largest German legal publishing house, C.H. Beck in Munich
