Professional vita: First state examination at the University of Tübingen and second state examination in Baden-Württemberg.  Research assistant at the chair of Prof. Oppermann, Faculty of Law at the University of Tübingen and member of the DFG research group “International Economic Order”. Erich-Wolfgang Moersch has been a lawyer since 1989. He is also a specialist lawyer for labour law.
